About the FBI Interview Coach

Who is the FBI Interview Coach?

Carole Martin has been called the "guru", the "Nike", the "Angel," of the law enforcement interview by her clients who are praising her expertise in coaching.

After coaching thousands of clients through the preparation for the FBI PHASE II INTERVIEW, she knows what it takes to get through the interview.

Carole is an SME - "a Subject Matter Expert" on the subject of interviewing.

Her background is diverse in that she has worked in a variety of environments ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups, as well as non-profit and academia. She also worked in High Tech and Manufacturing, Aerospace and Biotechnology.

As a Human Resources Manager for many years, she interviewed thousands of people and watched them make major mistakes - and lose the job to someone else. Although she wanted to help them, she couldn't because she was on the other side of the desk.

After she received her Master's degree in Career Counseling, she made a decision to change what she did because she wanted to help people. Her work has been extremely rewarding because of the wonderful emails received telling her how she made a difference in the life of another person - helping them get the job or career they wanted.

After having an interview coaching business for many years, it became apparent that the niche that she was most passionate about was helping candidates for law enforcement, public safety jobs (1811 jobs).

A FAVORITE QUOTE ~

"Life is a series of punches. It presents a lot of challenges. It presents a lot of hardship, but the people that are able to take those punches and able to move forward are the ones that really do have a lot of success and have a lot of joy in their life and have a lot of stories to tell, too."
