About the FBI Interview Coach

Who is the FBI Interview Coach?

Carole Martin has been called the "guru", the "Nike", the "Angel," of the law enforcement interview by her clients who are praising her expertise in coaching.

After coaching thousands of clients through the preparation for the FBI PHASE II INTERVIEW, she knows what it takes to get through the interview.

Carole is an SME - "a Subject Matter Expert" on the subject of interviewing.

Her background is diverse in that she has worked in a variety of environments ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups, as well as non-profit and academia. She also worked in High Tech and Manufacturing, Aerospace and Biotechnology.

As a Human Resources Manager for many years, she interviewed thousands of people and watched them make major mistakes - and lose the job to someone else. Although she wanted to help them, she couldn't because she was on the other side of the desk.

After she received her Master's degree in Career Counseling, she made a decision to change what she did because she wanted to help people. Her work has been extremely rewarding because of the wonderful emails received telling her how she made a difference in the life of another person - helping them get the job or career they wanted.

After having an interview coaching business for many years, it became apparent that the niche that she was most passionate about was helping candidates for law enforcement, public safety jobs (1811 jobs).

A FAVORITE QUOTE ~

"Life is a series of punches. It presents a lot of challenges. It presents a lot of hardship, but the people that are able to take those punches and able to move forward are the ones that really do have a lot of success and have a lot of joy in their life and have a lot of stories to tell, too."

What will the Interview Coach do for ME?

When Carole decided to split off her business and keep the FBI, law enforcement, public safety side, she went solo in coaching all of her clients herself. She strongly believes that one-on-one coaching can make a difference for even the most challenging situation.

She believes that she is the "expert" who can get her clients through this process - like no one else.

Regardless of what Agency or position you are seeking, Carole will give you her full-attention, and straight-forward feedback. Through very direct-communication, Carole will get to know you and what your particular challenges are, and what you can do to overcome them.

She has worked with a wide-diversity of clients for these positons in law enforcement. Some clients come from law enforcement backgrounds, some from military backgrounds, some from business. She has worked with lawyers/attorneys, accountants, teachers, technical experts, marketing managers, pastors, all from diverse backgrounds and various countries of origin.

To Carole, they are all equal. She teaches her clients techniques; gives them feedback; and doesn't hold back when she critiques their stories or their performance. "If I am not honest and forthright with my clients then I am not earning my money. There is no point in someone hearing that they are good, when they really need to improve or change," says Carole.

The process is a matter of learning new techniques, using new tools, and listening to yourself practice your answers. All of the sessions with Carole are recorded and the link is sent to you so that you can judge for yourself just how you are coming across.

There are three different packages, all prepared to offer the services you need, can afford, and want. Regardless of the package you decide to purchase, Carole offers the same level of quality coaching to you, from the materials to the critiquing of your stories.

Received from a woman March 2016

Thank you so much for your hard work in preparing me. I greatly appreciate all that you have done for me!!!!!!!!

Yes, you are more than welcomed to use my words. I owe you so much. Thank you for believing in me and helping me believe in my self. Before I met you I lacked so much confidence and struggled with sharing my story, but because of you I was able to overcome all the fear I had and let myself blossom. You taught me how to speak from the heart and I did.

I am very honored to have been able to make a difference is so many people's lives. I can't tell you what it means to me when I receive an email telling me that someone "couldn't have done it without your help." Or, to hear even years later, "I am not sure if you remember me but I used your services in Fall of 2014 for FBI Special Agent preparation. I am currently working as an agent and I LOVE my job!

I have received email after email thanking me for my services, but I always think to myself, it is I who thank you for believing in the United States of America. And for wanting make it a better place, where people can live in peace."
